BAT Therapy Table Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing to purchase a BAT Therapy Table. Whether directly for your organisation or for the wider community (by way of donation or sponsorship), you’re helping make a positive impact in the lives of those with Alzheimer’s.

Please read the below carefully. These terms & conditions set out the basis on which we will supply BAT Therapy Tables to you. Your purchase or receipt of a BAT Therapy Table (by way of donation or sponsorship) constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

BAT Therapy Tables cannot be ordered directly through the BAT website. You will need to contact BAT to discuss any potential table orders through our 'Registration of Interest' form (or directly if you have appropriate contact details). This is so BAT can talk through the various options with you first (Acquiring, Donating, or Sponsoring tables) and confirm that:

  • a) The ordering party has authority to make such an order on behalf of the purchasing organisation.
  • b) The identified location(s) for the table(s), where applicable, have agreed to receipt of a BAT Therapy Table and meet the appropriate criteria.

After contact has been made and your table needs discussed and clarified, BAT will send you a 'BAT Therapy Table Order Form' which will need to be completed in full, signed, and returned to us via e-mail or post (details of this are included within the 'BAT Therapy Table Order Form').

Upon receipt of the completed order form, BAT will acknowledge and confirm this with you. Your order is only accepted by us (and a contract formed) when we acknowledge receipt of your order and confirm we are able to fulfill it.

If we cannot fulfil your order for whatever reason, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options. If you wish to change your order at any time, please let us know as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but this may not always be possible.

If you're not purchasing the BAT Therapy Table(s) directly for your organisation but looking to purchase a table to donate to a care setting of your choice, or sponsor multiple tables for various care settings as a corporate partner, please note the following additional terms & conditions:

  • Donating or Sponsoring to known care settings: If you know the care setting(s) you're wishing to donate tables to, you should discuss this with them first. At the point of ordering, BAT will need to contact the care setting officials in order to discuss the table(s) installation too.
  • Donating or Sponsoring to unknown care settings: If you are wishing to donate or sponsor tables but have not identified any recipients for them, BAT will work with you to find appropriate care settings. These will be agreed with you before the order is completed.
  • Fundraising to donate a table: If you've raised funds with the aim of donating a table, but are happy for BAT to locate an appropriate care setting without your input, you can simply donate the raised funds to BAT. If the use is stipulated as such at the time of donation, BAT guarantees that your donation will be used only for the purpose of providing a BAT Therapy Table to a care setting. Please note that the donation must cover the full cost of table (including VAT) for us to utilise the funds in this manner.

Once the BAT Therapy Table Order Form has been received, acknowledged, and confirmed, BAT will raise an invoice (including purchase order number). Please note that tables WILL NOT be delivered until full payment of the invoice has been received.

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£), and exclusive of VAT. All delivery charges are included within the displayed price. We may change the price of items at any time, but the price you will be asked to pay is the price displayed on the website and agreed when you place your order.

Net profits from the sale of items on our website will be administered by BAT and used to continue the running, work, and development of the BAT Foundation for the benefit of those living with Alzheimer's.

All delivery prices are included in the sale price as advertised on our website. At the time of ordering your BAT Therapy Table(s), you'll be asked to supply the address and contact details for each location that will be receiving a table. Please note we only currently deliver within the UK.

These details will be shared with our delivery partner Tees Sport, who will make direct contact with each location in order to organise delivery logistics accordingly. Deliveries will be made 7 - 10 working days from the date that full payment is received for the BAT Therapy Table order.

Things change from time to time. As such BAT reserve the right to update these terms & conditions anytime as needed. Changes will take effect from the time we publish the revised terms & conditions. Your continued use of this site after changes have been posted means you accept any modified terms & conditions. However, the amended terms & conditions will not apply to any orders that we have already accepted before this date.

These terms & conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. Do check back regularly for any changes.
